RV PARKING INFORMATION & REGULATIONS
RV Parking is a privilege extended by the Crowne Plaza Resort & the Belgian Sheepdog Club of America. The club reserves the right to withdraw this privilege from any person(s) who feel that they cannot abide by the rules and regulations or resorts to abusive language.
All parking is at your own risk. The club assumes no responsibility for fire, theft and/or damage to any vehicle or it’s cargo.
Parking spaces are limited in a designated area by the Resort.
A minimum 4 day reservation is required at $30 per day
+ No hook-ups – RV’s must be self-contained.
+ Requests to park together must be requested. **mark on reservation form
+ The BSCA reserves the right to adjust parking assignments
considering vehicle size & handicap requirement
+ Canopy tents must be approved by the Resort to abide by Ashville City laws &
ordinances
VIOLATORS OF THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS MAY BE EXPELLED FROM THE GROUNDS:
+ No dumping of any kind. If you have leaky plumbing, repair it prior to arrival
+ Grass / dogs must be protected from exhaust.
+ No generators between 11 pm and 6 am
+ No camping in cars/vans
+ No open fires
+ Exhibitors are responsible for keeping your space clean
+ The name on a Handicap Permit must be the same as the name on the overnight reservation.
*Bringing in a honey wagon & water truck may be considered with approval of the Resort (Will be discussed & decided closer to the event)
